Dog Training is the best gift…

Dog training is the best gift you can give yourself and your dog. It creates a deep bond that you and your dog will have your entire life together.

“Training” begins the very first day and it continues every day throughout your life that you share with your dog.  Game based training is easy and fun to do which enables you to navigate today’s world and anything that comes your way. Understanding your dog’s behavioural triggers and learning to reshape your dog’s understanding of the situation builds your dog into a more confident and problem-solving flexible thinker. Creating that bond with your dog built on fun and trust, with your guidance your dog will be able to go anywhere with you and do anything…

The goal of training is to have a relationship with your dog, so they pay attention to you in any situation. There is never a need to use force or harsh corrections, it is far more rewarding to train your dog for what they do right instead of disciplining them for what they do wrong.

There is no end to learning when training dogs. All dogs are individuals.

Group classes

Puppy Fundamentals

Start your puppy right! We will give you the tools that will help you with your new puppy.  We will cover the topics of housebreaking, playtime, chewing and good manners.

Join us in using positive and effective methods to train your puppy so you may have a happy & confident pup.

Classes: Mondays, 6.30pm – 7.30pm
5 sessions, $180

Adolescent Stage

The next stage of your pup (teenagers!!!).

Life experiences sometimes throws you some curve balls, “he’s never done that before.” Your teenage pup seems to have forgotten all the training you have done with him.

We can get your dog back on track while keeping your relationship intact. Working with your dog’s strengths and weaknesses.

Classes: Tuesdays, 6.30pm – 7.30pm
5 sessions, $180

Life skills / Refresh

Great class if you and your dog need a refresher on manners and calmness, or if you have a new dog to you. 

Classes: Thursdays, 7.00pm – 8.00pm
5 sessions, $180

Some dogs are nervous and fearful and reactive Some dogs are even labelled as aggressive.

This is where our programs will help with your understanding to learn the behavioural triggers and reshape your dog to be a more confident, problem solving, flexible thinker on their own with your help.

We will do an assessment to tailor make a custom program for you and your dog. Times are blocked in our schedule throughout the week to get your dog started.

Are you wanting to have your dog focus on you when you are at park, when you are camping, or at your kid’s outdoor activities? Tired of being pulled by your dog while you walk?

This class will relieve all those fears of your dog taking off down the road and not coming back when called. 

Classes: Saturdays, 9.00am – 10.00am
5 sessions, $180

Outdoor environment / location.

Must have completed the “Recall / Loose Leash Walking” course.

Classes: Saturdays, 10.30am – 11.30am
